EQ309L-16 is a titania type electrode. The 22%Cr – 12%Ni alloy in the weld metal makes austenite structure which contains suitable quantity of ferrite. Heat resistibility and corrosion resistibility are good at high temperature for welding dissimilar metals, hardening alloy steel, low carbon clad steel, SUS309S and 13Cr steels.

Notes on usages:

  1. Dry the electrodes at 250°C for 60 minutes before use.
  2. Use small current for dissimilar metals welding.
